You are just four flat, walkable blocks from Steamboat Ski Resort, and about 50 feet from the free city shuttle stop, making it easy to get to the slopes, downtown, or anywhere in town without needing to drive.

Designed to give everyone their own space while still feeling connected.

• Primary Bedroom Suite: King bed + private bath

• Secondary Loft Bedroom Suite: Two queen beds + private steam shower

• Bedroom 3: Queen bed + private bath

• Bedroom 4: Queen Murphy bed + private bath OR dedicated workspace depending on your needs

• Bathroom Amenities: Malin + Goetz face wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in each bathroom. Each room has a hair dryer, cotton balls, cotton pads, and Q-Tips.

• Multi-generational families and groups of friends who value comfort, quality, and an easy, well-designed stay where every detail is taken care of.

• Kid’s booster seat, plates, cups, and cutlery available for use. Room gate and Pack & Play available upon request. Puzzles, games, and children’s books to keep them entertained.

DOG-FRIENDLY

Dogs are welcome and we have made it easy to travel with them.

• Dog bed, toys, treats, food and water bowls, and a blanket for lounging.

• $50 per dog, per day with a maximum of 2 dogs.

• Unregistered dogs, more than 2 dogs, and other animals will result in a $1,000 fine.

HOUSE GUIDELINES

• No smoking of any kind inside or around the home (including decks). $1,000 fine.

• No parties or large gatherings. $1,000 fine + damages

• Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am to respect neighbors.

TECH & SAFETY

• Exterior cameras include a doorbell, driveway, and back deck.

• A privacy-safe noise monitor tracks volume levels only and does not record conversations.

PARKING

• Park up to 4 cars - 2 inside the garage or 2 directly in front of the garage.

• Avoid parking in neighboring or restricted spots, as the community enforces this strictly.

• Spacious 3-level chalet with over 2,700 square feet of space.

• Four bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom so everyone has their own space.

• Open-concept great room with 25 foot ceilings, oversized windows, a stone fireplace, dining area, and direct access to the front deck, plus games, puzzles, and entertainment for easy nights in.

• Chef’s kitchen with a WOLF gas range, All-Clad cookware, and Wüsthof knives, plus high-end appliances including a Breville air fryer, Vitamix, KitchenAid mixer, Nespresso Classic, Current BBQ Grill.
